In the throes of a global pandemic, Adrian, a financial consultant, finds himself grappling with the unprecedented challenges of working from home. Isolated in his small apartment, the lines between his personal and professional life blur, amplifying the pressures and frustrations of his demanding job. As each day brings an unending echo of silence and escalating amount of guilt of past events, Adrian mental resilience begins to fracture.

Struggling with the incessant noise of his own thoughts and the ever-present ringing of tragedy from the past, Adrian becomes increasingly detached from reality. Isolation and the relentless demands of his job push James to his breaking point.
